WIRE — Klea Pineda is the new celebrity fitness inspiration in 2026. The Sparkle artist shared the challenges of her weight loss journey. Klea admitted that it wasn't easy and that she wasn't fully committed at the beginning. In her message to GMANetwork.com, she said, "I've been trying to lose weight for years, but it was never easy for me. I started gaining weight during the pandemic. I was always at home, not very active, and I was constantly eating. Weight gain also runs in my family, so finding the right diet was really difficult. I tried different diets and workout routines, but I wasn't fully committed. I always had an excuse for a cheat day, and honestly, I didn't have a clear goal back then." Klea shared her 'lifestyle change' started in February 2026. "Everything changed this year. I started taking my weight loss journey seriously in February, and I can honestly say I love myself more now. That became my biggest motivation. I finally had a clear vision of the person I wanted to become. I wanted to wear the clothes I love and feel confident in them. I wanted to look in the mirror and be happy with what I saw." She added, "Right now, I follow OMAD (One Meal A Day). I make sure my meal is low in carbs and high in protein. I also lift weights and try to go to the gym as often as I can. Sometimes I go for a run too." For Klea, the highlight of her fitness journey is witnessing the progress and transformation of her body. "The best part is seeing the progress. Watching my body change from day one keeps me motivated. Clothes that used to be too tight are now loose, and that feeling is so rewarding. "More than anything, what pushed me to take my weight loss seriously was learning to love myself. I started putting my health first. I cut back on partying, stopped eating just because I was bored, and learned to control my cravings. Whenever I wanted to snack, I would ask myself, "Am I really hungry, or am I just bored?" According to Klea, she is happy with her achievement of getting her dream body. "Today, I'm so happy with how far I've come. Since I started this February, I've gone from 75 kg to 55 kg. It wasn't an easy journey, but I learned that there's no single diet or workout that works for everyone. The most important thing is finding what works for your body, staying consistent, and remembering why you started."
