Miss Malawi also says that the overwhelming support and solidarity she has received have touched her deeply and that she remains focused, resilient and committed to the values of service, character and responsibility that the Miss Malawi crown represents. "To my supporters, partners and the people of Malawi, I want to assure you that I remain focused, resilient and committed to the values of service, character and responsibility that this title holds," she says. Recently Chisi called upon people to support Navicha as she represents the country. Former Miss Malawi driver Carver Bhima has advised current Miss Malawi organisers to put their house in order to avoid losing trust from the public. Miss World organisers have announced that Navicha has been crowned Miss World Malawi 2026 and will represent Malawi at the 73rd Miss World Festival to be held in Vietnam from August 9 to September 5. In presser on Friday Miss Malawi organisers through Bernadette Mweso revealed that K30 million is needed for Navicha to represent Malawi at Miss World. The last time the country participated at Miss World was in 2012 through Susan Mtegha.
