WIRE — Egypts Alexandria Port Authority has recorded the highest cargo throughput in its history during fiscal year (FY) 2025/26, Minister of Transport Kamel El-Wazir said on Sunday. The port handled more than 82 million tonnes of cargo, up from 74.8 million tonnes in the previous fiscal year. The increase represents 10 per cent year on year.
